Strengths Provide a high-quality music education program and curriculum to students to help them grow and develop their skills, gifts, and talents without having the cost as a concern.
The demand among parents to place their children in enriching extracurricular activities has never been higher. Studies have shown that children and youth who study music generally do not enter the penal system. One great way of reducing crime in our communities is to make sure that music lessons are in the schedule of children and teenagers. The cost for JPMI will be funded through grants and donations from individuals, foundations, and corporations for the %u201CAfter school programs%u201D. |

Opportunities JPMI will be the first of its kind in the Baltimore/Washington, DC metro area to offer a broad array of certified courses in both audio engineering and instrumentation.
Expand our curricullum within 5 years to a broader course outline. Offering more course selections Expand to more school districts and counties in the Washington, DC metro area. To have graduates of the JPMI programs able to leave with all they need to step into the world of music/entertainment fully prepared to be productive in whatever field of study they have completed. Offer certified students/graduates of JPMI possible career/job placement opportunities. |
Threats Competition - There are an estimated 5 audio engineering schools in the Baltimore / Washington, DC metro area. None, however offers both audio engineering and music instrumentation courses.
