please i am searching for a company to study its management structure and for every boss about his responsibility, also what kind of plants used (strategic or tactical) and who set goals and the business level strategy used and the swot analysis, and did you loose the delegation process.

Clearly General Motors are in big trouble but what strengths and opportunities can they address if they are to survive. Likewise how can they work on their sizable weaknesses and threats to reinvent themselves?
